1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Pinch of salt & black pepper

  • Pizza Toppings

2 tbsp low carb marinara sauce

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Sliced bell peppers

Sliced onions

Mushrooms (optional)

Olives (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Line a baking tray or pizza pan with parchment paper.

      Finely chop or shred cooked chicken into very small pieces.

      • 👉 Smaller chicken pieces create a firmer, crispier pizza crust.

      If using canned chicken:

      • Drain thoroughly
      • Pat dry with paper towels
      • In a large bowl, combine:
      • Shredded chicken
      • Mozzarella cheese
      • Parmesan cheese
      • Egg
      • Italian seasoning
      • Garlic powder
      • Salt & pepper

      Mix thoroughly until fully combined.

        The mixture should feel sticky and hold together easily.

          Transfer mixture onto prepared parchment paper.

          • Using hands or spatula:

          Flatten into thin round pizza shape

            Keep thickness even throughout

            • 👉 For crispier results:

            Make center thin

              Slightly thinner edges crisp beautifully

                Bake for 15 minutes until:

                  Golden brown edges appear

                    Center becomes firm

                      Bottom starts crisping

                        Remove crust from oven.

                          Spread marinara sauce evenly across crust.

                            Top with:

                            • Mozzarella cheese
                            • Peppers
                            • Onions

                            Additional keto toppings

                            • Avoid overloading toppings to keep crust crispy.
                            • Return pizza to oven for 5–8 minutes.

                            Bake until:
