Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
Set oven temperature to 175°C/350°F.
Beat the eggs in a bowl with the diced onion, feta, Parmesan, spinach, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
