1–2 tablespoons low-carb sweetener (erythritol or allulose)
Optional: 20 g sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a clean bowl, add egg whites and cream of tartar. Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in sweetener (and chocolate chips if using). Do not overmix.
Spoon mixture into 6 rounds on the baking tray, forming bun shapes.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until lightly golden and firm.
Let cool completely for best texture before serving.
