Ingredients
  

- 2 cups almond flour

- 4 eggs

- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

- A pinch of salt

- Maple syrup for topping ( optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the waffle iron.

    In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and just a little of salt.

      In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the almond milk, melted butter (or coconut oil), and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.

        Stir together the wet and dry ingredients until it's completely blended.

          Transfer half of the batter into the waffle iron that has been lightly oiled. Close and cook for about 5 minutes, or until steam stops coming out. To help removing the waffle easier, unplug the waffle iron and allow it to cool slightly.

            When finished, top with your favorite keto-friendly toppings, including sugar-free syrup or berries.
