Ingredients
- 1 Keto almond flour pie crust ( RECIPE LINK GIVEN ABOVE)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Set the oven temperature to 375°F, or 190°C.
Make your pie crust with keto almond flour. (See recipe above)
Beat the eggs and heavy cream together well in a mixing bowl. To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning.
Until the vegetables are well distributed, stir in the shredded cheese and chopped veggies.
Fill the pie crust that has been baked with the egg mixture.
Preheat the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is browned.
Take it out of the oven and let it a few minutes to cool down before slicing and serving.
