Combine the almond flour, chia seeds, pureed pumpkin, almond milk, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, sweetener, and a small amount of salt in a bowl.
Then stir until all components are properly blended.
Spoon the blend into a jar or other airtight container.
To let the oats absorb the liquid and thicken, cover and chill for at least 4-6 hours, preferred overnight.
Give it a good stir and adjust sweetness if necessary before serving.
You can add chopped nuts or a dab of whipped cream on top, if you'd like.
