Ingredients
  

- 8 large eggs

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 lb breakfast sausage (cooked and crumbled)

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers

- 1/2 cup diced onions

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

- Olive oil for greasing the casserole dish

Instructions
 

Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C.

    In a large bowl, thoroughly mix eggs and almond milk together.

      Cook and crumble the breakfast sausage in a skillet until it turns brown. Eliminate extra grease.

        To the egg mixture, add diced bell peppers, onions, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese. Mix thoroughly.

          Add salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, onion powder, and garlic powder to the mixture. Mix until all the ingredients are equally distributed.

            Grease some olive oil in a casserole dish. Evenly spread the egg mixture after pouring it into the plate.

              Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set, in a preheated oven.

                Before slicing, let the casserole cool for a few minutes.
