Ingredients

4 oz lean ground chicken

⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon diced jalapeños

2 teaspoons ranch seasoning

1 large egg, beaten

Instructions

Lay a greased sheet of parchment paper on a flat surface.

Place ground chicken on parchment and flatten into a thin, even circle.

👉 Tip: Use another greased parchment sheet on top for easier shaping.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and ranch seasoning until well combined.

Spoon the filling onto one half of the flattened chicken.

Carefully fold the other half over using parchment paper to form a sealed pocket.

Press edges firmly to prevent filling from leaking during cooking.

Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly. Flip and repeat.

Place in air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

Let cool for 2–3 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

                      Notes

Flatten chicken evenly for consistent cooking
Do not overfill to prevent breaking
                      Adjust jalapeños for spice level
Use freshly grated Parmesan for better crispiness
Let rest before cutting to keep filling intact
