Ingredients
  

1 ½ cups almond flour

½ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

⅓ cup sugar-free sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)

¼ cup butter, melted

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

      In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sweetener, egg, and vanilla extract.

        Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.

          Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips evenly.

            Scoop dough into 12 balls and place on baking tray. Flatten slightly.

              Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.

                Let cookies cool for 10–15 minutes to set properly.
