Ingredients
  

- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

- 1 cup sliced almonds

- 1/2 cup chia seeds

- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- Low-carb natural sweetener (optional)

- Unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk (for serving)

Instructions
 

Place the chia, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, and sliced almonds in a large mixing bowl.

    Include cinnamon and vanilla extract in the mixture. Use a low-carb sweetener, if preferred, to adjust the sweetness.

      Thoroughly combine all the ingredients by mixing them together.

        Evenly spread the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

          Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown, at 300°F (150°C) in a preheated oven. In order to ensure even toasting, stir halfway through.

            Let the keto cereal cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container for storage.

              Serve with unsweetened almond or coconut milk.
