3-Ingredient High-Protein Ice Cream Bars (Low-Carb & Sugar-Free)

Ingredients
  

2 cups high-protein vanilla yogurt

7 oz sugar-free chocolate chips

1–2 cups roasted almonds, chopped

6 popsicle sticks (or wooden sticks)

Instructions
 

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    Scoop yogurt onto tray and shape into thick circles or bar shapes.

      Gently place a popsicle stick into each yogurt portion.

        Freeze for 2–3 hours or until completely solid.

          Melt sugar-free chocolate chips in microwave (20-second intervals, stirring until smooth).

            Remove frozen bars and dip each into melted chocolate, coating fully.

              Sprinkle or roll in chopped roasted almonds immediately.

                Return to freezer for 10–15 minutes until chocolate hardens.

                  Enjoy straight from the freezer for best texture.
